Blame the creativeness and skill of U.S. craft brewers offering numerous variations on traditional European styles, from Sierra Nevada's Kellerweis, with its beautiful hazy, fruity aspect, to Sixpoint's beguiling Sweet Action—a little bitter, a little sweet, not quite wheat, not quite ale. With the first sip, we found ourselves not quite caring. It's just good.
