Super 16: Bombora IPA vs Sasquatch Stout

The third matchup in our round of 16 pits two DelMarVa beers - 3rd Wave Bombora and Tall Tales Sasquatch. The word bombora is an indigenous Australian term for an area just offshore where waves break over a shallow zone like a sandbar or reef. Sasquatch comes from an indigenous North American word, sásq'ets, meaning "wild man." Help us expand the definition of one of these to "beer deserving to advance in the Odessa Brewfest brewbracket."
