You've enjoyed the best of 21st Century food and drink at the Odessa Brewfest—now join Historic Odessa for an evening of fine 18th Century food, drink and merrymaking on Nov. 13th.

The staff from the Historic Odessa Foundation serves a hearth cooked dinner of mouth-watering dishes using the recipes, tools and techniques of the 18th century. Savor our delicious British Punch and assorted appetizers by the fire before touring the Corbit-Sharp House by candlelight. Then, return to the hearth of the Collins-Sharp House for a sumptuous autumn dinner and wine with each course.

Genuine British Punch

"A fine large bowl of this liquor, which will be found to please most palates, may be made in the following manner," begins an old recipe for this classic British punch. Perfect for the holidays, this two-day-aged punch brings together brandy, rum and a delicious assortment of fruit (not to mention "as much water as conscience dictates").

About the Fest

The Odessa Brewfest benefits the conservation and education efforts of the Historic Odessa Foundation, which maintains homes and gardens in beautiful Odessa, Del., only 23 miles south of Wilmington.
