The Odessa Brewfest returns to Odessa, Delaware for the fifth year on September 8, 2018. Brewfest fans know what that means: the very best craft beer, wine & spirits, along with fresh food, artisan vendors and live music in a beautiful setting.

But you don't have to wait until September 8 to get into the Brewfest spirit. The famous Odessa Brewbracket contest is back, pitting brewers head to head, tournament style!

This year, 32 breweries from Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey will compete for the title of Champion! The winner will be decided by Brewfest voters on the day of the event, September 8th.

Democracy in Action

All the breweries are top notch… but there can only be one winner. Votes are tallied on the website; popular vote determines who advances each round.

Blue Earl will be the brewery to beat after winning the 2016 & 2017 Brewbracket! Previous winners also included Mispillion River, who was crowned champion in 2015, and 3rd Wave, who claimed the inaugural title back in 2014.

About the Brewfest 

The Odessa Brewfest is hosted on the beautiful gardens and grounds of Historic Odessa, Delaware, only 23 miles south of Wilmington. All proceeds go to the conservation and education efforts of the Historic Odessa Foundation, which maintains the homes and gardens in beautiful Odessa, DE.
