Delaware brewer Dogfish Head is known for its boundary-pushing experiments and mashups. One of its well-known innovations is Oak-Aged Noble Rot, "a head-on collision of the beer world and the wine world."

About the Fest

The Odessa Brewfest benefits the conservation and education efforts of the Historic Odessa Foundation, which maintains homes and gardens in beautiful Odessa, Del., only 23 miles south of Wilmington.

The Brewfest returns Sept. 10, 2016 and features over 50 breweries offering the finest craft beers in the nation, as well as local wine and spirits. There will be live music, food, historical demonstrations and vendors. For more information and tickets, go to www.odessabrewfest.com.
