The Odessa Brewfest is coming to Odessa, Del. on Sept 6, with great beers, food, vendors and live music. But you don't have to wait until then to get in the spirit...
The Odessa Brewfest “regionals” round of the Field-of-64 Brewbracket is underway!
Here’s how it works. We’ve divided all 32 winning brews from round one into four regions:
- Left Coast
- Greater DelMarVa
- Keystone
- Greater New England
For each region, pick a winner or winners (up to 4) and tweet or post your reason for choosing it using the hashtag #OdessaBrewfest. (E.g. “I choose Gonzo Porter because I love Hunter S. Thompson.”)
The best answers will WIN PRIZES, which can be picked up at the Odessa Brewfest on Sept. 6. Plus you’ll be called out on social media AND your choice will advance in the Brewbracket!
The reasons can be anything—feel free to be funny or creative. Maybe you love the beer. Maybe you love the label. Maybe you’re reminded of a funny story—IT’S ALL OK! Beer does not judge!

About the Fest
The Odessa Brewfest benefits the conservation and education efforts of the Historic Odessa Foundation, which maintains homes and gardens in beautiful Odessa, Del., only 23 miles south of Wilmington. The brewfest, which takes place Sept. 6, 2014 from noon to 6 p.m., features over 35 breweries offering the finest craft beers in the nation, live music, food and vendors.
