The festival takes place on the grounds of the National Historic Landmark Corbit-Sharp and Wilson-Warner houses (both furnished in period style), among shade trees and blooming gardens. About the Fest

The Odessa Brewfest benefits the conservation and education efforts of the Historic Odessa Foundation, which maintains homes and gardens in beautiful Odessa, Del., only 23 miles south of Wilmington.
