Dominique

Dominique started out almost 10 years ago as a mixed fermentation beer that we then put into spent Bourbon County Stout barrels. Upon its release, it was instantly a fan and staff favorite, so we pulled the recipe out of the archives. Hints of oak, dried cherry, chocolate, graham cracker, barnyard, and clean acidity.
