Dry Irish Stout

Like most Brooklyn offerings, this one stands out because it's a solid, if not extraordinary, example of its namesake style. And when they say "dry," they aren't kidding—it's got all the dark and toasted flavor you want in a stout, but is also incredibly drinkable (key, for a holiday that shirks moderation) because it's got just the right amount of bitterness, and isn't overwhelmingly creamy or sweet.
