Since the summer of 1995, Dogfish Head has been brewing, cooking, selling and talking everything beer. Since the beginning, Dogfish has wanted to bring original beer, great food and local music to the Rehoboth Beach, Delaware area.

In addition to its line of ales and seasonal brews, the brewery has collaborated with a number of partners to re-create ancient beer recipes, concoct beer-wine hybrids, and collaborate on other unusual products. The brewery takes its name from Dogfish Head, Maine where founder Sam Calagione spent summers as a child.
