Allagash faces off against the Evil Genius Beer company in the opening round of the 2021 #OdessaBrewbracket. Here we go!

Allagash

Allagash brews a variety of Belgian-style beers in Portland, Maine, including dubbel, trippel, black and something called curleux (we're intrigued). Allagash founder Rob Tod was one of the first on the craft-brewing scene to recognize that Belgian style brews were underrepresented, setting off a revolution that has changed the face of craft brewing in the US.

Evil Genius

Started by a couple of local accounting grads from Villanova University, the Evil Genius's love craft beer. Launched in 2011, the Evil Genius Beer company now produces 28 different products in bottles and on draught and delivers beer to seven states (CT, DE, MA, MD, NJ, PA, and RI).
