2021: New Belgium vs First State
Established New Belgium battles against just on the scene First State Brewing in the second round of the 2021 #OdessaBrewbracket. Pick your choice for the best!
New Belgium
After a tight win over Lancaster Brewing in the first round, New Belgium Brewing Company's Jeff Lebesch's is prepared, I'm sure for the next round. Founded in 1989, as their aspiring young homebrewer rode his mountain bike with "fat tires" through European villages famous for beer, New Belgium Brewing Company was but a glimmer in his eye. Lebesch's remarkably well-balanced amber he named Fat Tire is known the world round.
First State Brewing
Taking out the super successful brewhouse Sixpoint in the first round was surely a feat for First State. Of course, First State Brewing Company, named after Delaware's status as the first state ratified in the United States Constitution in 1787, will proudly represent Delaware in each and every round of the #OdessaBrewbracket. By crafting a variety of superior quality beers and ciders that offer more flavor, more variety, and more local appeal, FSBC creates products that balance originality with drinkability, using only the highest quality ingredients available.
