The Historic Odessa Brewfest is an annual beer festival jam packed with everything you could want -- refreshing drinks, great music, local food and much more! Yet the Historic Odessa Brewfest has more surprises than your typical beer festival, so here's ten things to look out for this year.

Historic Odessa's Beautiful Gardens & Grounds

Set on the Historic Odessa Foundation's grounds, the Odessa Brewfest is the perfect opportunity to see the beautiful historical houses and gardens in person. Be sure to check out the Corbit-Sharp House Colonial Revival garden designed by H. Rodney Sharp, and the Collins-Sharp House garden planted with heirloom plants typically used in the 18th century for culinary, medicinal and decorative use.

The First State is a "hop-bed" of craft brewing. Some of the finest beer in the world is brewed within its borders. This is evident at the Odessa Brewfest, which is always host to some of Delaware's finest beers! This year 15 Delware breweries have already commited to attend.

The Odessa Brewfest is hosted in our Colonial Revival garden, complete with live music, lawn games, and lounge chairs. Want some action? Grab your friends and play a friendly game of cornhole on the Historic Odessa grounds. Better yet, try your hand at life-size beer pong!

Get ready to dance to great beats at the 2024 Odessa Brewfest! We've got you covered with a variety of sounds for every music lover. This year, in addition to the return of reggae artists Spokey Speaky, jazzist Bruce Anthony and guitarist Ryan Bacher, the Odessa Brewfest welcomes J.D. Webb and the Good God Damn who will be rockin' out on the main stage.

More Than Just Beer

Beer not your thing? No problem! Delaware winery, Harvest Ridge, will be serving a variety of vintages, while liquor will be available from craft distillery, Stateside Vodka. There will also be a cash bar.

 Relax with a cool cup of cider, sip on a fresh rosé, or sample a vodka on the rocks -- whatever your preference, the Brewfest has got it!

All Proceeds Help Preserve Historic Odessa's History

Thanks to donations and ticket sales from our previous Brewfests, the Historic Odessa Foundation acquired an additional 42 acre field in front of the Corbit-Sharp House adjacent to the Appoquinimink River in March 2017. With future plans of expansion, Historic Odessa Foundation emphasizes its mission of preservation and conservation of its historic colonial houses and grounds.
