Third Beer of Christmas 2017: Elysian Bifrost
On the Third Day of Christmas, my brewer gave to me... Elysian Bifrost!
Elysian Bifrost
Elysian Bifrost is the perfect beer to bring to your next Christmas party. Prepare for a bold and balanced flavor with a good amount of citrus and earthy hop bitters to offset the malty character.
Expect a dry, fruity finish to match Bifrost's alluringly sweet smell of caramel apples and spicy citrus. Let this refreshing, strong, simple beer get you into the holiday spirit this winter.
The Beer
This winter pale ale combines Munich, pale malts with C-77. Bittered with Magnum and finished with Chinook and Amerillo hops, the Bifrost has a bold and lively body while it pours golden with orange highlights.
The ABV is 8.3%.
Holidays in Historic Odessa
Step back in time at the Historic Odessa's annual holiday celebration - a seasonal tradition of interpreting scenes from classic literature. This season our celebration lasts from November 14 through December 31, 2017.
This year's theme is Clement Clark Moore’s, A Visit From St. Nicholas. This delightful story published in 1822, often referred to as "Twas The Night Before Christmas", will be recreated again in the Wilson-Warner House, c. 1769.
